How Do I Know That It Is Safe Placing An Order Online?
At Abelini, we are very serious about the security of our customers. We have been through a number of stringent validation processes to ensure our customers get the most secure service possible.
a) HTTPS: When you visit our Shipping & Payments page you will see a padlock on your address bar, referring to HTTPS — a combination of HTTP with SSL to prevent fraudulent activities and verify the website belongs to a trusted source.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

How Long Does It Take For The Refunds To Reflect In My Statements?
Depending upon the payment method used, it can take 8–10 working days for the refund to appear on your bank/card statement. Please refer to our 60 Days Return policy for more information.
Will I Get A VAT Certificate For Tax Refund?
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. Orders from Abelini are ineligible for the VAT Retail Export Scheme as we are an internet-based mail-order company.
Am I Eligible For A VAT-free Purchase?

How Will My Order Be Delivered?
We use Royal Post for all items delivered within Australia. For international buyers we use Royal Post (International Signed For™) or (Airsure®). All shipments are fully insured against losses, damages, and theft.

Do You Deliver To An Address Different To My Billing Address?
Yes. We will collect relevant documents to safeguard our buyers from fraudulent activities. Details will be conveyed to you via email or on the contact details you provide.

Our methods of shipment are fully insured against losses, damage, and theft.
What Packaging Do You Use? Can You Keep It Discreet?
We provide an elegant wooden presentation box sent in a secured envelope. Our packages bear no marks relating to jewellery and come in elegant discreet packaging ready to be gifted.
Can I Cancel My Order?

My order states 'pending' but I paid already. What do I do?
We have received your order and the status shows pending until our manufacturing team begins. If you have concerns, contact us on +44 (0) 2038051270 or sales@abelini.com.
I never received an order confirmation.
Please always double check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, feel free to contact our team to resolve the problem.
I am facing issues placing the order via the website. What should I do?
Always refresh your page and be sure to accept the essential cookies. Try using a different browser. If the issue persists, please reach out via email including screenshots if possible.
Do you have more images than the ones on the website?
Unfortunately no, as we are made to order we are very limited in terms of images. However, we are happy to check measurements or further requirements for you.
I placed my order, can I still change the ring size?
We do not recommend changing the ring size after we start the manufacturing process, however we can check the possibilities for you. There might be a price difference and a slight delay associated with any alterations. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
I want to add engraving on my ring. How can I proceed?
We can engrave rings for an additional $120. The maximum number of letters is 13 depending on the font style. We recommend getting engraving done after the ring has been tried on — once engraved, the ring becomes bespoke and non-returnable.
I haven't received a tracking number yet, but my order is estimated for tomorrow.
Dispatch emails are sent out by the system, usually the evening before the estimated delivery. Please always check your spam folder.
Why are you so much cheaper than other shops?
We are a made-to-order company that produces in-house, meaning we sell directly to you instead of through a wholesaler — which makes a big price difference.

What Is Your Policy For Returns And Exchanges?
You can return your jewellery for any reason and we must receive it back within 60 days.
